 Each client acknowledges and understands he/she is entering into a contract with DRS for services to be performed and agrees to the terms of the retainer agreement. Diligent Risk Services (DRS) does not warrant all of the information that is contained in this report, and is not liable for any loss, damage or injury caused by the negligence or other act or failure of DRS in procuring, collecting or communicating any such information.
